  • ◎TRILOGY series is divided into three levels

    3. ULTIMATE-GRAN RESERVE grade (oak barrel for 18 months)
  • Caberet Sauvignon grapes are harvested by hand at the end of April. The Syrah variety is harvested five days later than the Caberet Sauvignon. In order to condense color and aroma, the grapes are keep at a low temperature for about five days before the fermentation process commences. It is fermented mainly in stainless steel, employing a selection of yeast at a temperature between 26 and 28 degrees for about ten days. In order to get more tannins, 20 additional days of fermentation time occurs, a practice which differs from other red wine processes. The wine is then stored in 70% French oak and 30% American oak barrels for 18 months. In order to maintain the special flavor and quality of the fruit, the filtration process is specially conducted during bottling.
  • Vineyard introduction
[same as above: It is located in the Mori Valley in the central valley of Chile, south of Santiago. It is composed of a vertical valley, with a gentle sea breeze to the west, snow in the Andes in the east, a Mediterranean climate in southern Europe and snowpack. It is a unique treasure. There are 16,966 hectares of large vineyards in the area, accounting for 30% of the total vineyard area in Chile. The planted soil is composed of volcanic ash soil and sandy land. The flat terrain gives the vineyard an excellent sun exposure, and strict control creates a rich but elegant wine.]
